Customer-Supplied Artwork

Mission Ink Co. Design Ownership

Any original design, artwork, graphic, layout, illustration, mockup, or creative work created by Mission Ink Co. may remain the intellectual property of Mission Ink Co. unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By purchasing a custom design from Mission Ink Co., the customer receives a license to use the design for the intended purchased product or project.

Mission Ink Co. reserves the right to:

Copyright original designs created by Mission Ink Co.
Display completed designs in portfolios, advertisements, social media, websites, catalogs, and promotional materials.
Reuse design concepts, layouts, artwork elements, and creative works.
Modify, improve, reproduce, resize, recolor, adapt, or create derivative works from designs originally created by Mission Ink Co.
Sell or reproduce Mission Ink Co. original designs unless exclusive ownership rights have been purchased and granted in writing.

Exclusive ownership rights must be agreed upon in writing before production and may require additional fees.

Payment Information

Mission Ink Co. does not sell or share payment information. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information.
